A Chinese baijiu brand you’ve probably never heard of is doing a 7-day pop-up in Bugis, with a new signature cocktail every single day.
29° Crush On is backed by Wuliangye — a ginseng-infused baijiu positioned somewhere between a botanical spirit and a cocktail base.
What you can get at 29° Crush On?
The venue is dressed with a sky-blue installation themed around the bottle’s signature colour.
Each day of the pop-up introduces a new exclusive cocktail — tropical fruits, botanical elements, sparkling textures — designed to show what the spirit can do when it’s not served neat at a banquet table.
Why you should care?

Baijiu hasn’t really crossed over to casual Singapore drinkers yet. It’s still mostly associated with Chinese business dinners.
29° Crush On is a deliberate attempt to change that, aimed at a younger crowd who likes cocktails but hasn’t tried the spirit category.
If you’ve been curious about Chinese spirits without wanting to commit to a bottle, this is a low-stakes week to find out what the fuss is about.
