When you think of Pattaya, you’d think of the sandy beaches and the clear skies. You probably wouldn’t think about getting one of the best coffee in the region.
Albatross Coffee Roasters, a local roastery and cafe in Pattaya, serves over 15 types of single origin coffee beans.
It’s the perfect place for tourists considering how it’s located right beside Pattaya beach, and popular tourist attractions such as Louis Tussaud’s (a Madamme Tussauds spinoff), Ripley’s Scream In The Dark, and Laser Maze.
An espresso-based coffee start from 60 baht, with a Hot Latte at 80 baht.

You can also opt for interesting coffee-based drinks such as teh Honey Comb Latte (95 baht), which comes with a stick of honeycomb in an iced latte. As the honeycomb slowly dissolves, the flavour profile gradually becomes sweeter as well.
You could also get an Orange Coffee (120 baht) and Coconut Espresso (120 baht) for a refreshing option.
Now, for the big guns
Choose from over 15 single origins from Costa Rica, Honodrus, Panama, Columbnia, Ethiopia, and Thailand. These coffee beans, roasted by Albatross Coffee, starts from 40 baht as an add on from the price.

The Honduras Litchilan (100 baht), hand-dripped, promises notes of brandy, cinnamon, and butterscotch. Definitely one of the more unique profiles I’ve had.
Meanwhile, if you’re a fan of rum-aged beans from Venture Drive and Glyph Supply Co (Singaporean speciality coffee stores), opt for their Costa Rica Mozart (80 baht).
Also from Costa Rica, the Beethoven (80 baht) and Chopin (80 baht) share a similar acidity, with slight undertones of rum. However, the Beethoven was more crisp, while the Chopin was slightly jammier, with a stronger grape flavour.
