ANDSOFORTH review – Alice in Wonderland interactive dining

Cheshire cat room at ANDSOFORTH interactive dining experience

Wonder how Alice ever escaped wonderland?

Created by the same team behind Around the World and Absurdities, ANDSOFORTH presents Wonderland Upside Down, a brand-new interactive dining experience inspired by the characters and whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland.

5-course meal, interesting interactions and an engaging storyline, here’s what we think about their new experience.

Our honest review of ANDSOFORTH’s Wonderland Upside Down

At $168 per person, I found this experience to be a great value for money. You get a 5-course meal; the ingredients are nothing too fancy, but the execution was great. Without spoiling too much of the experience, let’s just say those were some of the best chicken and herbal soup I’ve had in awhile.

Of course, in addition to the food, you also get a whole experience, where you move from room to room, meeting different characters from the story, and finding your way out of Wonderland.

Can anyone guess who this is? Hint: he loves pocket watches!

Also, if you’re looking for a unique date idea or a fun activity for a group of friends or your family, this has to be it.

And it’s not just us who thinks this way.

ANDSOFORTH has also won The Thea Awards, presented annually by the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA). The award honors excellence in the creation of compelling, immersive experiences and attractions across a variety of disciplines.

What to expect at Wonderland Upside Down?

For starters, the location of the “restaurant” is kept a mystery. But, if you’re planning your day around it, just know that it’s in a somewhat central location.

Toothpaste and caviar…?

Next, the five courses will be held in five different rooms, each with a different theme and character. If you’ve been to Absurdities before, you’ll remember having to climb up ladders or squeeze through small doors, which requires you to dress up a bit more practically.

Hence, if you’re planning your outfit, the most action you’ll be getting at Wonderland Upside Down, is crouching down to enter a room through a small door.
