Ferrero Rocher Croissant with Hot Cafe Latte and Hot Matcha Latte at Brotherbird Coffeehouse, cafe at Bali Lane

Freshly-baked croissants and people watching in a minimalistic cafe. Name a better way to spend the afternoon.

Brotherbird Coffeehouse is a croissant speciality cafe at Bugis.

They rotate their croissant lineup monthly. Diners can expect flavours like Strawberry Daifuku Twice-Baked, Chocolate Danish, and Mentaiko Prawn Twice-Baked.

The Rocher is filled with a decadent hazelnut spread and topped with a chocolate shell.

Sinful, but oddly, not as satisfying as their BB Original Croissant. Its sugar glaze bestowed a crispier shell, and the sprinkle of sea salt gave it the balance it needed.

For a more decadent treat, Brotherbird’s Fried Croissant ($15) is coated with cinnamon sugar and served with raspberry coulis and soft-serve ice cream.

Brunch and pasta

Unlike their bakehouse at Lavender, Brotherbird Coffeehouse’s menu extends to brunch and pasta.

Diners will find classics such as the Eggs Benedict ($21), Blueberry Pancakes ($18) and Carbonara ($18).
