Just when you thought the Dubai Chocolate has died…
Queic by Olivia, known for their sinful and addictive cheesecake, is about to take the internet by storm once again with their innovative Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake.
Actually good, or just a trend?
In some cases, the viral Dubai Chocolate Bar can be a bit too sweet, but that’s because most settle for mass-produced, overly-sweetened pistachio butter.
However, Queic produces their own pistachio butter. It’s nutty, aromatic, and most-importantly, created with minimal sweetness to complement the chocolate and cheesecake batter, lest it becomes too decadent.

This was such a surprisingly balanced bite. Just enough dark chocolate, just enough nuttiness from the pistachio, a little sweetness from both elements, while the richness of the cream cheese ties everything together.
It also worked well together texturally, with different types of crunch that complements the creamy chocolate cheesecake batter.
“If you want it good, just make it yourself,”
Queic’s Head Pastry Chef, Pablo Ruggero
The Dubai Chocolate Cheesecake is currently exclusive to their Jewel outlet.
