We’ve all been there, scrolling through travel sites late at night, comparing prices and clicking “book” before realising we could’ve earned more rewards somewhere else the next few days. Pelago knows that feeling, and this October, they’re stepping in to make things right with their latest Claim What’s Yours campaign.
How to redeem?
From 15 to 22 October 2025, Pelago is letting travellers claim the perks they would have earned, even if the booking wasn’t made on their platform. That means you can get either 10% off your next trip or 8 KrisFlyer miles per dollar, just by sending them proof of your original booking.
Here’s how it works:
- Send them your original booking – Email a screenshot of your booking to travel@pelago.co. Make sure the price, activity name, and date are clear. Bookings must be under SGD 1,000, and the activity should be scheduled after 1 November 2025.
- Pick your reward – In the subject line, type CLAIM MY CASH for a discount or CLAIM MY MILES for bonus miles.
- Use your code – Pelago will send a promo code by 29 October that you can apply on your next booking.
Here’s a quick example: imagine you booked Disneyland Hong Kong for SGD 135 elsewhere. With Pelago’s offer, you could get either SGD 13.50 off or 1,080 KrisFlyer miles on your next trip!
It’s a simple way to make sure you get rewarded, even if your first booking wasn’t with Pelago. For those who love earning points, trying new experiences, or planning weekend getaways, it’s basically a free upgrade on your travel perks.
