Multifunctional Massage Gun

The Cylindrical Head targets joints, deep tissue, and trigger points while the U-Head is exclusively for the neck and spine areas. Lastly, the Ball Head is for big muscle groups such as the thighs and calves, great for an after-workout treat muscle recovery on sore muscles.

I mainly use the Ball Head after my workouts on areas such as my chest, back, and thighs. But my favorite is the U-head as I spend most of my time using a computer at my desk. This causes my neck and shoulders to become stiff and sore after a prolonged period.
