Times have been tough. And what’s a better way to drown your sorrows and anxiety but alcohol? Temple Street is a newly-launched range of premium hand-crafted and bottled cocktails inspired by the shifting demand for ready-to-pour options during Circuit Breaker.

Conceptualized by Joseph Barratt, the man behind local brewery Trouble Brewing, Temple Street was created for high-quality cocktails to be easily accessible and affordable. Although takeaway cocktails from bars and restaurants have been increasingly popular since dining restrictions were imposed, the supply in the market is still low.

Working with connoiseurs in the field, the cocktails are created with premium ingredients with unexpected twists in the recipe. Each bottle is 100ml, perfect for a single pour, and is priced affordably at S$11 per bottle.

The 4 items currently available on the menu are:

  • Old Fashioned – Commonly made with American whisky, this cocktail is a concoction of caribbean dark rum, agave nectar and hazelnut liqueur that is smooth and easy to enjoy.
  • Negroni – Slightly bitter with a hint of chocolate (thanks to the addition of chocolate liqueur) this tipple is lighter on the palate than its classic counterpart.
  • Espresso Martini – An aromatic tipple made with top-quality Allpress coffee from Auckland, New Zealand, this is an indulgent cocktail made with wheat vodka and a little spice.
  • Garden Party– Reminiscent of British summer time, this super enjoyable cocktail is made with wheat vodka and features a refreshing blend of peach liqueur, lychee essence and a touch of mint, vermouth and lime

Rest assured, as more flavors will be brought into the market after the recipe is perfect.

You can purchase your cocktail from Temple Street on their official website. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 5pm (Sun-Weds) and 7pm (Thurs-Sat). Delivery is free for orders above $60. Do note that islandwide delivery is available as well.
