The Ritz-Carlton’s Ritz Express Cake ($98) rolls into the season with a playful train-inspired design and a luxurious blend of orange confit sponge, bourbon vanilla cream, raspberry compote, and red-berries crunch.
Available for order placed from 29 November 2025 to 1 January 2026.
4. Conrad Singapore – Gingerbread Carousel Cake
The carousel cake from Conrad take the centrepiece in your festive celebration. Rich with rum, whisky, brandy, and fruits like apricot, plum, raisins, and blackcurrant, Conrad’s 1kg Gingerbread Carousel Cake ($160) brings classic Christmas warmth to the table. This white-and-blue 1kg log cake holds layers of redcurrant filling and silky chestnut cream inside. Highlighted with a delicate fromage blanc angel, this elegant creation makes a show-stopping centrepiece.

This year, Nesuto teams up with Birds of Paradise for this White Christmas Gelato Log Cake ($108).

8. Koko – Ichigo Cloud
Koko’s Ichigo Cloud ($87.2) takes inspiration from Japan’s Christmas tradition of enjoying strawberry shortcake, a symbol of joy and celebration.
It features soft vanilla sponge layered with juicy strawberries and smooth whipped cream, then finished with a hint of thyme for a light aromatic touch. The cake serves up 6-8 pax.
9. Carlton Hotel – Berry Mochi Delight
Carlton’s Berry Mochi Delight ($78) puts a playful spin on the classic log cake with a chewy mochi centre wrapped in fluffy sponge, bright blueberry compote, and zesty lemon cream cheese.
Freshly made with a six-day lead time, it’s available for self-collection from 1–25 December 2025 at the Festive Booth or delivered islandwide for a fee.
