Renowned Chef Nancy Silverton from the Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles and Chef Dave Pynt, the creative genius behind the Michelin-starred Burnt Ends and Meatsmith restaurants, are teaming up to craft an exceptional menu that promises to delight your taste buds.

This one-day-only event promises a day-to-night celebration filled with delectable gourmet offerings, handcrafted cocktails from the pop-up bar, live DJ beats, and an irresistible atmosphere.

Under the guidance of Chef Silverton, the renowned meat-focused Tuscan restaurant Chi Spacca is set to showcase a selection of their cherished beef burgers. Feast your senses on a delectable variety of their cherished beef burgers. Take a bite into the sublime tastes of Classic Spacca Burger ($30), boasting a juicy Spacca beef patty, tangy homemade pickles, and Calabrian mint aioli nestled within a fluffy sesame seed bun. For a truly indulgent treat, relish the Sooner Smash ($30), a twin delight of two expertly charred Spacca beef patties topped with delectable American cheese.

Chef Dave Pynt adds his magic with the Burnt Ends Beef Katsu Sando ($35), Loaded Sanger Fries ($15),and Burger Sauce Side Salad ($10). The Sando boasts a generous slab of grilled tenderloin, topped with house-made black garlic barbecue sauce and aioli, all embraced by a perfectly toasted white bread from Burnt Ends Bakery.

Chef Silverton and Chef Peter Birks, Osteria Mozza’s Executive Chef, and their team are poised to unveil a quartet of exquisite pizzette creations.
