Attention all foodies! Mark your calendars as the annual Singapore Food Festival is back. From 19 July to 30 July 2023, celebrate Singapore Food Festival’s 30th anniversary with a sumptuous gastronomic celebration.

This year’s festival promises to be an exciting one, housing more than 100 brands, each bringing unique creations to the table across four enticing zones.

Prepare to discover Singapore’s diverse flavours at the SG Food Walk zone, sporting festival-exclusives such as Curry Chicken Fried Popiah from Mr Popiah, or Bakmi Hae Bee Hiam, which are wheat noodles with dried shrimp chilli paste from Kulon. Festival-goers can also look forward to a special collaboration between the sustainability-focused restaurant, Kausmo, and local fish farm, Ah Hua Kelong, who will be presenting to you a tantalising plate of Calamari Nachos with a remoulade made from belimbing, a fruit native to Malaysia and Indonesia.

Those seeking some action can head to the Food Cartel zone, where festival goers can catch their favourite chefs and personalities in action. In addition, you can participate in hybrid masterclasses conducted by renowned chefs including Ivan Yeo of Blue Smoke, Eric Neo of the Singapore Chef’s Association, and many more.

Meanwhile, prepare for a personalised experience as granola café, Dearborn, and the popular Sourbombe Artisanal Bakery join forces to offer food enthusiasts the chance to curate their own customised indulgence — a personalised granola bag or bespoke bombolini, put together from a selection of the brands’ best-selling items.

Coffee enthusiasts need to visit the Cafe Boulevard zone — a tribute to Singapore’s thriving cafe culture. This zone features delectable coffee and bakes from homegrown names such as Oatside, Le Matin Patisserie, and even a collaboration between Pourabucha, a local kombucha brand, and Hapi Café.

Find yourself craving for some sweet treats? Don’t worry as the Sweets Alley zone has got your back. With an array of traditional and modern sweets such as Chinese desserts from Yat Ka Yan, handmade Ang Ku Kueh from Ji Xiang Ang Ku Kueh, and artisanal ice cream from the beloved local ice cream company, Creamier, there is surely something for you.

Aside from the four enticing food zones taking over Singapore Food Festival 2023, festival-goers can look forward to SG Mama Shop, where local innovative brands such as Hook Coffee and Mekhala line the shelves in the iconic setting of a recreated mama shop. Be sure to look out for Sachi, the world’s first sustainable soy wine, who will also be making an appearance at the SG Mama Shop.

Hands-on workshops

That’s not all! Singapore Food Festival 2023 offers a lineup of extraordinary fringe events that will elevate your festival experience. Hands-on gourmands can pick from a curated line-up of workshops including the Market, Mingle, Mixology tour, which takes you to Tiong Bahru market to find fresh herbs for your own concoction.
