The brush tips are completely edible and reminiscent of flaky taro pastries.

Trotters with Sichuan Style Chilli Oil ($48) is a delightful dish — where tender and succulent trotters are bathed in a fiery Sichuan-style chili oil that enlivens your taste buds. The chili oil imparted a tantalising and numbing sensation like a mala dish. To balance the spiciness of the trotters, the dish is served with honeydew. Not only does it curb the spice, but it birthed a mouthwatering combination

Prepare to be surprised by the tasty Auspicious Shrimp Cakes ($78). This dish that may seem unassuming at first glance but is destined to leave a lasting impression due to its utmost crisp and delectable taste.

Salted egg yolk fans will rejoice at this appetising dish of “gold”. The Crispy Shimeji Mushrooms with Salted Egg Yolk ($26) are coated in a luscious salted egg yolk batter and then fried to a perfection for that delightful crispy exterior.
