Marked by Maker’s Pop-up

Meanwhile, for the full Maker’s Mark experience, head down to White Shades for an exclusive two-night pop-up on 22 and 29 September. This modish new four-storey concept bar, located along Boon Tat Street, is helmed by some of the most creative bartenders.

On these two nights only, White Shades presents Gold Rush, an apt name for the classic Maker’s Mark cocktail, which literally resembles liquid gold in a glass. Meanwhile, their reimagined whisky classics — available throughout the month — feature Simply Beauty, sweetened with lychee oolong and carbonated coconut water, and Mulled, a floral and herbaceous take with Noilly Prat, mulled tea syrup, sakura bitters, and topped with a juniper waffle.

In addition to cocktails, you can witness the stunning performance by The Imperial Smithster, who will transform recycled silver into a unique handcrafted bespoke piece right in front of your eyes at the Maker’s Mark event. This work of art is available with the purchase of any Maker’s Mark cocktails. Alternatively, if you’d like to get your hands dirty, you can create your own coasters with plastic scraps at an interactive booth manned by Plastify
