Sounds like a fantasy, or a cheap marketing slogan, but you can actually simulate that feeling with the latest CloudTec® Technology. The “clouds” are cushioning pods that are placed under the sole of the shoe, which provide a soft and comfortable landing while you are walking or jogging. In addition, the cushion also results in a more responsive and efficient takeoff.
On’s shoes are designed to be lightweight, flexible, and comfortable. Combining comfort, ergonomics and performance into one shoe, you can run with ease without hurting your ankle unnecessarily.
The design I had was Cloudmonster – Undyed-White ($299). The unique design about this pair of shoes is the ultra powerful speedboard that provides soft landings and maximised rebound. For my first impression, I was so surprised at how light weighted the shoe was. Weighing only a mere 230g, I felt like I wasn’t carrying any weight on my feet as I jogged. As an active person, I personally loved the comfort level of this shoe, and apparently, my family members are also great fans of this brand.
But who says that you can only wear the Cloudmonster during a workout? I think they are perfect for travel especially if you have to walk a lot during your trip. The design is quite versatile to match most outfits and even my dresses.
