Between the Thai Milk Tea Souffle Pancakes and Mango Sticky Rice Souffle Pancakes, we chose the former which features a scoop of coconut ice cream, thai milk tea sauce, pudding and espresso pearls.

The pancakes were fluffy but the highlight of the dish was definitely the toppings. The coconut ice cream had a sweet vanilla flavor with a fragrant coconut aftertaste. It was subtle, and we wished it could’ve been stronger, but it was at least noticeable.

Next on the list is the sauce, which was light and creamy, with just the right amount of sugar. One thing I dislike about thai milk tea is how cloying it is, so I was really happy with this. Lastly, although the espresso pearls were way too hard, it had a really intense flavor which we really liked. Overall, a good purchase for S$16.9!

On the other hand, the Mango Sticky Rice Souffle was complemented with sliced mangoes and bits of pomelo.

All in all, it’s a little pricier than other souffle pancakes, but the interesting flavor makes up for it.
