Singapore Flyer night market & Moonlight Flights this National Day

Singapore Flyer Moonlight Flight at midnight

Singapore Flyer isn’t just a tourist attraction now. Here’s what you — a Singaporean — can do this weekend.

What to do at Singapore Flyer during National Day?

To celebrate National Day 2024, Singapore Flyer has organised a night market, “Street Eats Under The Stars”, free entries, a lucky draw worth up to $520, and attractive promotions.

The best street foods to eat at “Street Eat Under The Stars”

Singapore has no shortage of food festivals and night markets, but here are two of the most interesting items we’ve seen at Street Eat Under The Stars — tried and tested.

Coriander Lemon Tea at Singapore Flyer Night Market
Coriander Lemon Tea ($5)

1. Coriander Lemon Tea ($5)

Located at the “Famous Korean Spicy Egg Roll Noodle” store, at the end that’s closer to the claw machines, we highly recommend their hand crushed iced lemon tea.

Out of the seven on the menu, Coriander Lemon Tea ($5) stands out. But surprisingly, the aroma of the well-hated herb was not that strong. It’s tangy, with a grassy (or soapy if you have the genes) aftertaste.

2. Spicy Egg Roll Noodles ($8)

This might be the best way to eat Buldak noodles.

From the same store, order the Spicy Egg Roll Noodles ($8), which sounds weird at first, but isn’t it just a yakisoba? The two eggs and cheese undercuts the intense spice of the Buldak, making it more pleasant to eat.

Of course, you can find classics such as Ramly Burgers, Taiwanese fried chicken, and kebabs too. Prices are reasonable — for food festivals nowadays — averaging at $5-8 per item.

Street Eats Under the Stars is open from 5pm to 11pm on 7, 8, 10 and 11 August, and from 5pm to 3am on
9 August.

Free entry to Singapore Flyer

Yes! This isn’t a prank.

For the month of August, you stand a chance to embark on the observation wheel for free. If your birthday is in August, you can enjoy free entry with every paying guest.

Simply present a valid photo identification card when you purchase via Singapore Flyer’s website, ticket kiosk, and the WeChat Mini Programme.

Lucky draw worth up to $520

To stand a chance to win attractive prizes at the Singapore Flyer National Day lucky draw, simply scan the QR code located at every food stall at the night market.
