This year’s theme, “Singapore, the Great Port City”, takes you on a journey through the city’s evolution from a bustling port to a dynamic modern metropolis where cultures converge. With mesmerising projection mappings and captivating night lights lining the precinct, the festival promises a visual extravaganza. But that’s not all! Prepare for an array of immersive experiences and exciting programmes that will keep you enchanted throughout the night.

With over 50 experiences at the Singapore Night Festival 2023, here are some experiences you might not want to miss!

1. The Lost Cities Series

Step into the mesmerising world of the Lost Cities exhibition, where you’ll journey into the Kampong Cities of 14th century Southeast Asia. Immerse yourself in a fictional yet sustainable tale of culture and livelihoods from the pre-colonial era, drawing wisdom from real history for our modern society’s growth.This immersive adventure explores the changing landscapes of kampongs while celebrating the enduring kampong spirit in our communities and sunny island. Best of all, entry to this exhibition is entirely free.

2. After Dark

Calling all families and young adventurers! Get ready for a magical and enchanting experience at the After Dark exhibition, where the museum comes alive after sunset. Imagine living out your “Night at the Museum” dreams in a fascinating and not-at-all spooky way. It’s like stepping into a world where interesting characters jump off the pages of history books to share their tales with you.

As you wander through this children’s museum, be on the lookout for charming personalities like a postman, a baker, and a bird watcher, each with their own unique stories to tell. To top it off, admission is entirely free, but hurry, it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis. The exhibition runs with three one-hour sessions, each from 7:30pm to 10:30 pm. Don’t miss this extraordinary adventure that’ll captivate the young and the young at heart!

3. Four Horse Road

4. Port Cities Food: A culinary pairing journey
