If you could turn your favourite childhood snack into a cocktail, would you?

Hao Food SG, the exclusive importer of White Rabbit ice cream in Singapore, is excited to announce an exclusive Easter collaboration with homegrown bar Jekyll & Hyde — White Rabbit cocktails.

Chase The Cotton Tail ($25) features a spicy bourbon base that is counteracted with a creamy white rabbit foam. It’s intriguing, riveting, almost like an all-out war between two contrasting flavours in our mouths.

Alternatively, try the Matcha Meadows ($25), made with matcha-flavoured White Rabbit (I bet you didn’t know this flavour exists). This cocktail, concocted with vodka, cognac, dry vermouth and white chocolate liquor, is sweet and creamy. Essentially, it is a matcha latte on crack.

The bartenders have also developed a mocktail that incorporates the decadent White Rabbit foam. The base is a spicy, fruity mix made with apple juice and spicy water to mimic the kick of the bourbon in the Chase The Cotton Tail.

But that’s not all! Through the Easter holiday, keep your eyes peeled for a new secret cocktail, which recipe is still in progress!

In addition to the cocktails, Jekyll & Hyde will also offer official White Rabbit merchandise, including mugs, pillows, and retro candy tins, for purchase during this period. A giant inflatable White Rabbit is also stationed at the entrance of the bar, so feel free to take a picture with it (even if you’re just passing by).

This Easter special will only be available till 6 May!

What else to try while you’re there?

You can’t leave Jekyll & Hyde without trying their Mr Bean ($24) — a cocktail made with beancurd from lao ban dou hua. Just like the Matcha Meadows, this was essentially beancurd on crack.

For the food, their crowd favourites is the Chilli Crab Dip Bowl ($24), the perfect sharing dish which includes fried mantous, tortilla chips, and a sweet and spicy chilli crab dip topped with shredded crabs and tobiko.

We also really liked the Signature Char Kway Teow ($29). While you would expect the jade wagyu beef to be the star of the dish, it was actually the noodles, which had a nice smokey aroma to it.

Another sharing dish we liked was the Crystal Potsticker ($15). While the skin was a tad soft, the sauce was incredibly addictive. It was sweet, spicy, savoury, and tangy all at once!
