Ravioli raviolio, give me the secret formulioli

From traditional trattorias serving up classic recipes to contemporary eateries putting inventive twists on timeless favourites, Singapore’s pasta scene offers a diverse array of options sure to satisfy even the most discerning palates. But with how saturated the market is and given how simple the recipe is, you’ll often find disappointing pasta dishes be it at cafes or restaurants. Aglio olio where it’s just overcooked pasta coated in flavourless oil, carbonara slathered with an unhealthy amount of cream and cheese…

To prevent any more disappointments, we’ve rounded up the best cafes and restaurants in Singapore that serves the best pasta. Some are pasta speciality restaurants, while others simply have a great pasta dish on their menu.

Whether you’re craving a simple cacio e pepe, a rich and creamy carbonara, a comforting bolognese, or delicate handmade ravioli — there’s a pasta dish waiting at every corner.
