This indoor dog-friendly cafe along Sin Ming Road offers a wide variety of western mains and Asian-fusion dishes. We recommend the Prawn Laksa Pasta ($17.9) and Tom Yam Pasta ($17.9) for the gorgeous gorgeous girls who love their carbs. Alternatively, for a meatier option, the Duck Confit ($19.9) falls off the bones.

The food is so good that honestly, you would return without your pets! But to ensure that no one is left out, the cafe offers dog-friendly dishes comprising of brown rice, steamed tuna, and broccoli, starting from $9.

Ménage Cafe is equipped with the essentials to ensure a safe space for your pups to roam around freely. Two gates are built in to prevent any pups from escaping, and in case your pup makes a mess, you can easily clean it up with their mop and sanitiser.

Well Collective is a spacious pet-friendly and wellness-focused cafe in Punggol perfect for working, dining, or just relaxing. 3. Surrey Hills Grocer

Surrey Hills Grocer an Australian-inspired indoor pet-friendly cafe and grocer with a cosy alfresco area where you can enjoy brunch with your furry companion. 

The menu highlights include favourites like the Pancake Parlour Classic Stack and Pork Belly Benny, bringing a fusion of Australian and Asian flavours to in a relaxed, welcoming setting​. Dedicated human-grade pet meals are available with options like Kangaroo Bowl and Lamb Meatballs. The menu here has to be one of our favourites — somewhere we would definitely return even without our pets.

They have recently opened a rainforest-themed outlet at VivoCity.

4. On Pause Cafe

At On Pause Cafe, you and your fur baby are both in for a treat. Known for its relaxed atmosphere, it’s a perfect stop to enjoy hearty brunch with your pet during strolls.

5. The Brewing Ground

Tucked away in an obscure corner in Joo Chiat, The Brewing Ground serves one of the best brunches in Singapore. Bonus point: it is also pet-friendly.

This cafe offers beyond good brews and food. Instead, it serves as a platform for relationships to brew, as people come together to dine and chat. But, back to the brunch fare. The classic eggs benedict is elevated with beurre blanc and sous vide egg, offering richer and more complex flavours. Presenting, the Eggs Benjamin ($23). For a lighter option, the Burrata Tartine ($20) offers a tart and refreshing profile with a mix of roasted cherry tomatoes and balsamic glaze.

The Brewing Ground’s pet-friendly area is at their spacious backyard, providing your furkids plenty of space to roam about. Don’t worry about the heat and rain, as the seats are properly sheltered.

6. Acoustics Coffee Bar

Acoustics Coffee Bar has long established themselves in Singapore’s cafe scene since it opened two years ago. At the start of this year, they have also joined our small pool of local coffee roasters

Situated along Neil Road, this cafe offers a sheltered dining area for pet owners. While it’s technically outdoors, the al fresco dining area remains fairly cooling, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

An Iced Black ($5) is a must-try, featuring a single origin from Brazil, which boasts prominent notes of fruit cocktail, green grape and almond. They rotate their single origin every few months, so this might not be on the menu when you visit. Meanwhile, for mains, we recommend one of their affordable lunch sets if you’re visiting on a weekday afternoon. Otherwise, their crowd favourites are the Acoustics Laksa ($21), Salmon Lemon Buttercream ($18) and Acoustics Breakfast ($24).

7. Open Farm Community

Get a palate cleanse at Singapore’s pioneering urban farm and restaurant. Open Farm Community is a farm-to-table concept at its finest, allowing diners to indulge in dishes where some of the ingredients are just a short walk away from the very tables they sit at.

Open Farm Community new menu is designed to enhance the communal dining experience, encouraging diners to share in the joy of savouring these thoughtfully crafted dishes together. Each plate boasts bold flavors that celebrate the freshness and richness of the ingredients used. The Seasonal Vegetables Platter ($22) features an assortment of vegetables prepared in various styles, while the Heirloom Tomatoes ($16) provides a refreshing option that cleanses the palate, paired with the tangy and bright flavours of dehydrated strawberries, shiso ponzu, and caper berries.

Don’t worry, as Open Farm Community’s menu extends beyond vegetables. The Grilled Mangalica Pork Collar ($48) melts in your mouth, and the Udon Cacio e Pepe ($32) features a beautiful contrast of textures and captivating aromas.

The outdoor dining area is pet-friendly, and the restaurant recommends booking three to four weeks in advance for the weekends.

10. The Urban Hideout

The waffles at The Urban Hideout, a pet-friendly cafe at Sembawang, is simply perfection. Fluffy interior, with just enough crisp on the surface for a good contrast. Pair it with a scoop of their creamy gelato, made with less cream and free of eggs, and churned at a slower speed, resulting in a silkier texture. The Signature Waffle with Gelato starts from $11.9.

The Urban Hideout’s menu extends to brunch and dinner. The Eggs Royale Waffles ($18.9) is a classic, with poached eggs, smoked salmon, and avocado on waffles. Meanwhile, The Overload Burger ($24.9), with their handmade wagyu beef patty, provides a hearty end to the day.

11. Bailey & Patch Pet Cafe

Bailey & Patch is Singapore’s first pet café and grooming centre with a heartwarming mission, serving delicious Asian comfort food while empowering individuals with special needs.

From 1 June to 31 July 2025, first-time customers can enjoy 50% off full grooming services and free teeth checks for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds—making it a one-stop spot for good food and furcare. Grooming services are available every Wednesday to Sunday from 10am – 6pm (last booking at 5.30pm)

12. Common Man Coffee Roasters

Cafe by day, natural wine bar by night, Common Man Coffee Roasters have stirred up quite a storm with its latest concept change. Not to mention, the unveiling of their newest outlet at Anchorpoint. 

Common Man Coffee Roaster’s pet-friendly outlet includes Anchorpoint, Martin Road, and Quayside Isle. Their classics include the Turkish Common Man Breakfast ($29), a Mediterranean spin on the common brunch fare, and the Chilli Chicken ($32) features a hefty chicken breast, complemented with a flavourful harissa. Of course, you can’t leave with a cup of joe. Every bean is sustainability sourced from all around the world, and freshly roasted in Singapore.

13. Bearded Bella

Indulge in their delicious brunch offerings, such as the Grilled Cheese and Prosciutto Sandwich ($24) and Green Harissa Duck Burger ($29).

Don’t forget to try their speciality coffee, carefully sourced around the world, and roasted in-house (yes, get ready to smell like freshly roasted coffee after a visit to this cafe). 

Bearded Bella is also one of the few pet-friendly cafes in Singapore. On top of that, they also serve doggo treats by The Barkery Singapore from $10.2 per portion.

While Bee’s Knees is already located within Botanic Gardens, you can further immerse yourselves in nature by dining picnic-style instead. Bee’s Knees has recently introduced their latest ready-to-set-up Dog-friendly Picnic Buzzket. These convenient ‘buzzkets’ come equipped with everything you need for a perfect picnic session, including a reusable mat, comfortable cushions, battery-operated candles, and scrumptious meals for either two or four people. Meanwhile, the dogs get dog toys, a dog bowl, treats, and a bandana.

15. MOIC Dessert Bar

The whimsical Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) has opened Dempsey’s first-ever pet-friendly dessert bar.

Located right beside the museum, MOIC Dessert Bar is decked in red and pink — just as Instagrammable as the museum itself. The greenery and wide selection of ice cream offers the perfect respite to beat the heat, especially after a satisfying round at its very own dog run (this is the only cafe on the list that has its own dog run!). Aside from ice cream, which starts from $5 for a single scoop, MOIC Dessert Bar’s menu also includes a selection of pastries such as Croissant ($5) and Mushroom Danish ($6), pizzas, and cocktails.
