3. Soma Haus

Soma Haus is a wellness center in Joo Chiat that provides a multi-modality, holistic approach to wellbeing.

Typical health and fitness clubs in Singapore operate on memberships, which may inadvertently create stress as members try their hardest to make the most out of them. Ironically, a membership for self-care may have the opposite effect.

Instead, Soma Haus provides a safe space for individual self-care experiences. Individuals can drop by to try out one session of their services and treatments without the stress to commit to a full package. Their services include Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Massage (Remedial Sports Massage), Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, Float Therapy, and more.

Most of their services allow for a single treatment. But if you’re keen on optimising your wellness journey, we recommend their newest Journeys programs – Address your Stress, Gut Health Reset, Sweet Lullaby, and Unwinding Chronic Pain & Train. These tailored programs provide a starting point for those who are curious about beginning their wellness journey but may be uncertain how to proceed.

Each packaged program is valid for five weeks.
