Not another matcha cafe…
But trust us, Rituals of Kora at Everton Park might just make it top of your list once you give it a try.
Our review of Rituals of Kora
Their curated matcha menu is on the pricier side, but after taking a sip, we can confidently say that it’s worth every penny.

First of all, just take a look at how thick that matcha is.
Their Taro Matcha ($11.9) offered the perfect balance of flavours. The taro was sweet and creamy, the matcha was bright and grassy, with a touch of astringency that balances out the taro.

But personally, I was a huge fan of their Maple Earl Grey Matcha ($11.9). Earl grey tea leaves are first steeped in their milk, resulting in a sharp, but not overpowering, earl grey milk tea base that oddly complemented matcha.
We heard that their Supernova Matcha ($9.5), which is concocted with mango puree, strawberry compote, and skim milk, is also really popular.

The cafe also serves bakes on the weekends, including Basque Burnt Cheesecake ($8), Banana Loaf ($6), Cookies and more.

I thought that their matcha drinks outshined their bakes by a huge margin. But, their Matcha Ruby Chocolate ($5.5) paired nicely with their matcha.
Who are the founders of Rituals of Kora?
Rituals of Kora was founded by siblings Emma and Chelsea. They wanted to create a space that feels calm and safe in a fast-paced city, and its location at Everton Park, which is known for its slower, more residential rhythm, felt natural for the space they wanted to create.

Chelsea’s background in spatial design is clearly reflected through the meditative, calm space in the cafe.
