Sentosa GrillFest has always been a solid beach night out — but this year features four new additions.
Sentosa GrillFest 2026 returns from 23 July to 16 August at Siloso Beach, with 42 vendors across five zones and free entry. But what’s actually new this year is worth paying attention to: a beach omakase, a dedicated beachfront bar, and an aura-reading photobooth. This isn’t the same GrillFest you went to last year.
What you can expect at this year’s Sentosa GrillFest?
The big new headline is Chef’s Grill — Singapore’s first omakase-inspired dining experience at a beach festival. It’s an eight-course affair run in partnership with the Singapore Chefs’ Association, held in an air-conditioned tent with premium chinaware and live-fire cooking by a curated roster of local chefs.
Pricing hasn’t been published yet, but given the format, bookings will almost certainly be required — keep an eye on the Sentosa website closer to the date.
Also brand new this year: the Sunset Lounge by Asahi, a dedicated beachfront bar with DJ programming and live band performances running through the festival.
On 26 July, Korean jazz band ZIP4 takes the stage at 7pm.
The Marketplace by Indoguna returns in an elevated format: walk up to a central chiller display, pick your raw ingredients, and watch them cooked to order at themed stalls. There’s also a retail section stocked with artisanal products.
And then there’s the aura-reading photobooth — the festival’s first interactive photo activation.
Why It’s Worth Going
The omakase angle alone makes this year’s edition worth the trip — a proper multi-course beachside dinner by Singapore chefs is genuinely hard to find anywhere else right now.
If you’re picking one night to go, make it a Friday or Saturday when the Sunset Lounge has live music and you can stretch the evening all the way through.
Entry is free, so the real question is just how much you’re planning to eat.
