Celebrating 18 years anniversary of Timbre keeping local music and rich culinary landscape alive in Singapore, the Timbre group comes with exciting new plans and events to look forward to.

Located in The Arts House by the Singapore River, Timbre is currently undergoing a major venue rebranding to Timbre Signatures with new dishes and cocktails.

Timbre Signature’s menu starts with Singapore Signatures, featuring a selection of rich local flavours.

What better way to introduce its new menu than our favourite local breakfast? The simple kaya toast is elevated into Kaya Croissant with Seared Foie Gras ($32), a fusion of local comforts with a touch of French. This is followed by a classic and flavourful Char-Grilled Pork Satay ($18), paired with crispy risotto cake. It’s not done yet!

One of its signature (pun intended) mains, Timbre brings an exotic combination dish of Char-Grilled Octopus with Chorizo Lemak Curry Aioli ($26).

The restaurant also partnered-up with Tiger Crystal to bring the classic Singaporean ultimate refreshment in your dining experience.

Other than that, be ready to embark on a culinary journey where tradition meets innovation, starting with the appetiser of a flavourful Beef Carpaccio ($17), followed by the exquisite main of Seared Hokkaido Scallop Laksa Risotto ($32), and ending with a twist of Chocolate Lava Flambe ($15) adorned with Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky and mix berries.

Nothing completes Timbre Signatures more than a range of curated and iconic Singaporean cocktails: “No Chilli, Tak Shiok!, Bugis Pirates, and “Jialat Liao!”, all at $20 each.

Fret not. The crowds favourites are still here. But, if it’s your first time at Timbre, you have to try the Timbre Signature Chicken Wings (10pcs for $16 or 6pcs for $13), the juicy Roasted Duck Pizza ($28), Vegetarian Pizza ($23), and the classic Quatro Formaggi ($23).

Meanwhile, Timbre Group is proud to provide and support the regional culinary artistry featuring genuine Singaporean delicacies by supporting The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) West College Young Chefs Limited Edition Menu that will be showcased on 25 September 2023 to 31 March 2024.
