The World Cup is back. So is the 3am kickoff problem.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup runs 11 June to 20 July, with 48 teams and 104 matches spread across the US, Canada, and Mexico. The time zone spread guarantees at least one brutal overnight window per round. Singapore’s screening options this year are genuinely extensive: a bunch of bars and restaurants, 52 community clubs, six SAFRA venues, five ActiveSG sports centres, and a handful of standout setups worth knowing about specifically.
Best bars & restaurants with World Cup 2026 Screening
1. Wildseed Bar at The Summerhouse

Wildseed Bar at The Summerhouse has already published its confirmed World Cup fixture list, and it is the only bar on this list sitting in Seletar rather than the CBD.
The bar sits at ground level at The Summerhouse, surrounded by greenery and further from town than every other option here. It’s an evening-only venue from 5pm, which makes it calibrated for the more civilised morning and early evening kickoffs. The confirmed fixture list includes Argentina vs Algeria, Colombia vs Portugal, Jordan vs Argentina, and 20 others through late June. Check their Instagram for knockout-stage additions as the schedule firms up.
Location: Wildseed Bar, The Summerhouse, 3 Park Ln, Level 1B, Singapore 798387
Opening hours:
Mon-Thu: 5-11pm
Fri-Sat: 5pm-12am
Sunday: 5-11pm
2. 1-Alfaro at Labrador Tower
The only venue in Singapore treating the World Cup Final as a rooftop nightclub event is 1-Alfaro at Labrador Tower on the 34th floor.
The Finals Showcase runs on 19 and 20 July, timed to the third-place match and the final, with kickoffs at 3am. The setup is closer to a watch-party event than a sports bar night: DJ sets run alongside the match, and there is a FIFA PlayStation Tournament for groups who want to compete as well as watch. City skyline views from the 34th floor. Food and drink promotions to be confirmed closer to the date — check their Instagram.
Date: 19–20 Jul 2026 (Finals Showcase only)
3. Boomarang Bistro & Bar

Boomarang Bistro & Bar is screening all 104 World Cup matches and opens at 6am, which makes it the only venue on this list set up for both the morning kickoffs and the late ones.
The Robertson Quay location is an Australian bistro with indoor and outdoor seating along the river. Menus run from burgers and pizzas to proper mains, and the bar taps stay open alongside whatever fixture is on. The 6am–3am daily window covers every kickoff time zone in North America without forcing you to find an alternative for different rounds. Worth going early on high-demand fixture nights to secure outdoor riverside seating.
Location: Boomarang Bistro & Bar, 60 Robertson Quay, The Quayside #01-15, Singapore 238252
Opening hours: 6am-3am
4. Lion Brewery Co Taproom

Lion Brewery Co is only screening from the knockout stages, and the Club Street taproom is a better setting for it than most sports bars.
The taproom is a working craft brewery on Club Street, which means the beer selection is the draw rather than the size of the screen. By the round of 16, the crowd that shows up at Lion Brewery will have followed the tournament long enough to know what they want — which makes it a better atmosphere for later-stage matches than a venue that’s been running since the group stages. Check their Instagram for the confirmed knockout fixture schedule.
Location: Lion Brewery Co Taproom, 36 Club St, Singapore 069469
Opening hours:
Mon-Tue: 3-11pm
Wed-Thu: 12-11pm
Fri-Sat: 12pm-1am
Sunday: 12-11pm
5. Chimichanga VivoCity

Chimichanga at VivoCity is the only venue running a formal ticketing model: $10 per session, $500 for the full tournament.
The Single Match Day Pass ($10) gets you unlimited viewing all day on a selected date, plus one complimentary drink. The All-Access Pass ($500 per person) covers every match in the tournament, with a complimentary drink and bar bite included per game. For groups planning to watch most of the tournament together, the maths on the all-access pass works out well. Reservations recommended; the space fills up for high-profile fixtures. Screenings run 12 Jun – 20 Jul 2026, with no ticket charge for matches starting after 11pm.
Location: Chimichanga, VivoCity #01-157/158, 1 HarbourFront Walk, Singapore 098585
Opening hours:
Mon-Thu: 11:30am-11pm
Friday: 11:30am-12am
Saturday: 12pm-12am
Sunday: 12pm-11pm
6. The Penny Black

Seven beers on tap and a Victorian interior make The Penny Black the closest Singapore gets to watching the World Cup in an actual English pub.
It sits at 26 Boat Quay, and the setup is exactly what it looks like: proper pub food, dark wood, and a crowd that is there to drink and watch rather than be seen. The seven taps run Guinness, Kilkenny, Heineken, Erdinger Weissbier, Old Speckled Hen, Strongbow Cider, and Tiger. Fish N’ Chips at $26 and Smash Mouth Burger at $24 are the food call. Fixture schedule still being confirmed — check their social media before heading down for a specific match.
Location: The Penny Black, 26-27 Boat Quay, South Canal Shophouses, Singapore 049817
Opening hours:
Monday: 3pm-12am
Tue-Fri: 11:30am-12am
Sat-Sun: 12pm-12am
7. Harry’s Boat Quay

The Boat Quay Harry’s is running a dedicated World Cup food menu through June, and the riverfront setting does the rest of the work.
New dishes for the World Cup period include the Beef Brisket Sandwich ($22) and Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese ($16), with set pairings that work out cheaper for DBS/POSB cardholders. The Quesadilla Pizza ($15) rounds out the menu. Harry’s Boat Quay is one of the more reliable riverfront venues for sports screenings, and the World Cup-specific food menu gives it a reason to visit over the other branches. Check their website for confirmed match listings.
Location: Harry’s, 28 Boat Quay, South Canal Shophouses, Singapore 049818
Opening hours:
Mon: 11:30am-12am
Tuesday: 11:30am-1am
Wed-Thu: 11:30am-12am
Fri-Sat: 11:30am-1am
Sunday: 11:30am-12am
8. Muddy Murphy’s Irish Pub

Muddy Murphy’s on Orchard is the Orchard Road pick: an Irish pub that draws a reliably mixed local-expat crowd and stays open until midnight every day.
It is not the flashiest venue on this list, but Muddy Murphy’s on Orchard Road has been doing this long enough to get the formula right. The fixture schedule is still being finalised — check their social media for confirmed match dates. Good for the after-work crowd that wants pub food (fish and chips, burgers), cold beer, and a game on the screen without having to plan anything in advance.
Location: Muddy Murphy’s Irish Pub, 442 Orchard Road, Claymore Connect #01-02 to 05, Singapore 238879
Opening hours:
Monday: 3pm-12am
Tue-Sun: 12pm-12am
9. Brew House Sports Bar

Brew House Sports Bar in Sembawang is the only confirmed sports bar in the north of the island, and it is running World Cup screenings through to the final.
The setup is sports bar basics: shared plates, large beer mugs, and screens positioned for comfortable group viewing. It has confirmed some fixtures, with attempts to screen as many matches as possible throughout the tournament. If you are north of the city and do not want to commute for a match night, this is the practical call. Check their Facebook for the confirmed fixture schedule.
Location: Brew House Sports Bar, 56 Sembawang Road, Hong Heng Mansions #01-01/02, Singapore 779086
Opening hours: 4pm-12am daily.
Public spaces to watch the FIFA World Cup 2026 in Singapore
10. CHIJMES

The biggest World Cup screen in Singapore comes with a Mariachi band on opening night.
CHIJMES’s Main Lawn is running a 360-inch outdoor screen for the full tournament, with an F&B village open through late-night kickoffs — beer, cocktails, fan platters, and grab-and-go bites.
The opening match on 11 June kicks off with a watch party co-hosted by the Embassy of Mexico, one of the three host nations, with a live Mariachi band from 5pm.
Football clinics by Weston Next Gen run on 11 June (5–7pm), 19 June (8–10am), and 27 June (8–10am). A Lenovo AI photobooth also lets you pick a jersey and get turned into a footballer avatar before the game starts. More information.
Date: 11 Jun-20 Jul 2026
Location: CHIJMES, 30 Victoria St, Singapore 187996
Opening hours: 8am-12am
11. ARFC
ARFC sits inside the PUB Recreation Club at Woodleigh — not a glamorous address, but the football DNA is real. The Neville-Giggs branding has faded since the original launch, but the setup hasn’t: big screens, proper match-day dining, and a crowd that watches the game rather than using it as background noise.
ARFC runs a full watch-party format during major tournaments, and there’s a 5-a-side pitch you can book for a pre-match session if your group plans ahead. Minimum spend applies on high-demand fixtures.
Location: 48 Woodleigh Park, PUB Recreation Club, Singapore 357844
Opening hours:
Mon-Tue: 11am-12am
Wed: 11am-11pm
Thu-Fri: 11am-12am
Sat-Sun: 9:30am-12am
12. ST3PS at Changi Airport Terminal 3

The amphitheatre inside Terminal 3 is the best-kept secret for late-night fixtures this World Cup.
Terminal 3’s Basement 2 space at ST3PS is air-conditioned, has proper tiered seating, and is free to enter with no minimum spend. The crowd is a specific mix of people: transit passengers killing time and locals who came specifically to watch. That combination creates a strangely alive atmosphere for late-night kickoffs, and the indoor comfort is a real advantage over outdoor venues when the match runs past midnight. Arrive early for high-profile fixtures. Check changiairport.com for the confirmed match screening schedule.
Location: ST3PS, Terminal 3 Basement 2, Singapore Changi Airport, Airport Blvd, Singapore 819663
13. Lau Pa Sat

Lau Pa Sat never closes, and during World Cup season, it doesn’t feel like a hawker centre either.
Projection screens go up across the space for major tournament nights, and the adjacent Boon Tat Street satay stalls keep cooking until sunrise. The CBD crowd, the tourists, and the committed late-night football fans all end up in the same space at the same time. It is not the most structured viewing environment, and it can get messy and loud when a high-stakes match is on.
Location: Lau Pa Sat, 18 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048582
Opening hours: 24 hours daily
14. Capitol Singapore
CHIJMES gets the headlines, but Capitol Singapore — right next door — has a food deal worth knowing about and a drone football sideshow on weekends.
Screenings run at the Arcade @ The Capitol Kempinski and the Outdoor Plaza throughout the tournament, with outdoor broadcasts running 9am–10pm.
Two things to plan around: Ka-EN Grill & Sushi Bar runs a daily happy hour from 5–8pm, and Hopscotch has a World Cup special at $33 for three pints of Heineken, or $55 for those same three pints with a sausage platter.
If you’d like a glimpse of drone football, now’s the chance. DRAX Drone Soccer also takes over the Outdoor Plaza on 13–14 and 20–21 June from 11am–8pm. More information.
Date: 11 June-20 July 2026
Location: Capitol Singapore, 11 Stamford Rd, Singapore 178884
Opening hours: From 9am (outdoor screenings end 10pm)
15. SAFRA Clubs
Every SAFRA club in Singapore is screening the full tournament free of charge for all Singaporeans, but SAFRA members get a dedicated zone with a complimentary drink for the knockout stages.
All six SAFRA clubs — Toa Payoh, Yishun, Jurong, Tampines, Mount Faber, and Punggol — are running free public screenings in their club atriums, with giant LED screens and sound systems.
SAFRA members get exclusive “Ultimate Fan Zone” access for the quarter-finals, semi-finals, third-place match, and final. It’s set apart from the public viewing area, with a complimentary drink included.
Date: 12 June–20 July 2026
Location: All SAFRA clubs islandwide
16. Our Tampines Hub

Our Tampines Hub’s Festive Plaza has not missed a major football tournament in years.
The LED screen is large enough to handle serious crowd sizes. If you know you know! Screenings at OTH has drawn a regular east-side audience that returns for every major tournament — EPL nights, AFF Championships, World Cups.
Location: Our Tampines Hub, 1 Tampines Walk, Singapore 528523
Opening hours: 24 hours daily
17. ActiveSG Sports Centres
Five ActiveSG sports centres are running free screenings from 12 June, and at least one of them is probably a short drive from wherever you are.
Bukit Canberra, Choa Chu Kang, Clementi, Pasir Ris, and Sengkang Sports Centre are all hosting free public screenings for selected matches. The setting is neighbourhood sports hall, the crowd is local and engaged, and there is no minimum spend. Check activesgcircle.gov.sg for the confirmed match schedule at each centre.
Date: From 12 Jun 2026
Location: Full schedule available here
Admission: Free
18. Community Clubs (People’s Association)
People’s Association is screening selected matches at 52 community clubs islandwide, which means there is almost certainly one within walking distance of wherever you are.
The specific matches screened vary by CC and time slot. Bishan CC is one of the more lively options for knockout nights — the open plaza fills up fast and draws fans from surrounding estates once the round-of-16 starts. Check pa.gov.sg for your nearest CC and the full match screening schedule.
Date: 11 Jun – 20 Jul 2026
Location: 52 CCs islandwide
19. HomeTeamNS Clubhouses

HomeTeamNS’s three clubhouses at Bedok Reservoir, Bukit Batok, and Khatib are the most comfortable public watch-party option that most people have not considered.
Air-conditioned lounges, proper seating, pool tables and gaming consoles for the slow halves, and live halftime entertainment on selected nights. HomeTeamNS has offered public access for major tournaments including the UEFA Euros and AFC qualifiers — similar arrangements are expected for the World Cup, especially for knockout fixtures. Public access details are confirmed closer to the tournament; check hometeamns.gov.sg for the screening schedule.
Location: Bedok Reservoir, Bukit Batok, and Khatib — see hometeamns.gov.sg
Admission: Free (public access for selected matches)
