Meoww. meow meoww?
Located near Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, Coffee Cat House is one of the newer cat cafes in JB, with no admission fee, and a selection of matcha drinks to choose from.
Best part? They’ve got a cat that looks just like Mofusand.

Coffee Cat House’s prices
There is no admission fee for this cat cafe.
All you have to do is purchase at least one drink or food per person to enjoy unlimited time Coffee Cat House.
The most affordable drink is an Espresso (RM 9).
How friendly are the cats?

Like most “well-groomed” cat cafes — or at least the ones I’ve been to — the cats are generally not too excited to play with guests. Most of them were actually napping. Still, they were gentle and welcoming enough to indulge a few affectionate pats.

All in all, it felt more like a cafe that happens to have cats, rather than a cat cafe where you can actively engage and play with them.
Food and drinks

We tried their Genmaicha (RM 16) and Strawberry Matcha Latte (RM 19) — both made with Niko Neko’s powders.
Nothing much to comment on in terms of the flavours. The matcha did look slightly oxidised, but you can’t really tell from the taste because of how potent the strawberry is. Both drinks are sweetened.
