When and where is the pop-up?

Yoon Yeon Dang Singapore pop-up is opening from 19 September to 26 October 2025 at Suntec City.

This pop-up is organised by Goldmoon, which also brought in Standard Bun, Korea’s popular mocha bun, and Bakery 1946, which went viral for their uncanny fruit and vegetable-looking bakes.

Here’s what we tried:

  • Plain Salt Bread ($4)
  • An Butter Salt Bread ($7)
  • Matcha Cream Salt Bread ($7.5)
  • Snowflake Creame Cake ($25)
  • Mango Cake ($75)
  • Honey Cream Cheese ($4)
  • Blueberry Cream Cheese ($4)
  • Black Sesame Cream Cheese ($4)

if you’re spoilt for choice — there are literally 26 salt breads, cakes, spreads and drinks to choose from — here’s what we recommend.

Cross section of the Yoon Yeon Dang's salt bread

Can’t go wrong with the Plain Salt Bread ($4) to be honest. They nailed the texture and the level of saltiness. I loved it by itself, but you can also pair them with their flavoured cream cheese — I thought the Honey Cream Cheese complemented it the best.

Matcha Salt Bread interior cream

The Matcha Salt Bread ($7.5) was extremely indulgent. Personally, I wish the matcha was stronger, but it’s still a good option especially if you’re into sweet matcha lattes.

An Butter Salt Bread

This was undoubtedly my favourite out of the five salt breads I had. You really can’t go wrong with salt and butter, and these are the essence of this creation.

The An Butter Salt Bread ($7) was perfect. Somehow, even with that brick of butter, I still wanted more after finishing it.

Korean Foam Latte at Yoon Yeon Dang

Yoon Yeon Dang’s drink menu includes the usual iced coffees and matcha, but you can take it up a notch by adding a layer of lightly-whipped cream.

Surprisingly, the Matcha Foam Latte ($6.5) not as cloying as I thought it would be; they somehow made the cream very light on the palate. However, the matcha was oxidised, and could’ve definitely been stronger.
