Hidden on the rooftop of Suntec City, True Cost offers a unique dining experience, charging only for the ingredients’ true cost without high markups.
With a cover charge of $5 per person (from 12pm to 5pm) and $10 (from 5pm to 9pm), you can enjoy high-quality modern European and global cuisine at cost price. But, if you don’t mind dining at odd hours, you can also enter for free from Monday to Friday at 3pm-5pm, and daily at 9pm-10pm.
Some of their affordable offerings include Pita Bread ($2.5), spicy yet flavourful Laksa Soup ($14), and Tuna Sashimi ($14.5).

16. LONGJING 绿茶餐厅
China’s no.1 Zhejiang brand arrives in Singapore with a Michelin-starred chef and a room that looks like Hangzhou’s West Lake moved indoors.
The concept is from Hangzhou — where Dragon Well tea grows and the food is refined, not fiery. Expect Dongpo Ribs ($20.8), Steamed Yellow Croaker ($29.8), and Sister Song’s Fish Broth on a menu built around Zhejiang province’s lighter, sweeter flavour profile. The pagoda-shaped desserts are not a gimmick. There’s live guzheng on some evenings; worth checking before you book.

Busan’s charcoal-grilled tonkatsu chain with a cut you can only get at this outlet.
Tonshou’s whole thing is the four-stage cooking method, which makes the crust crispy and airy, without being overly oily.
The Suntec location adds a Hokkaido Kurobuta pork cutlet coated in charcoal breading that’s exclusive here. The Black Pink Tonkatsu Sets ($34-$39) come in two cuts depending on how much fat you want.

This weekend, treat yourself to the much-anticipated Yoon Yeon Dang pop-up, a beloved bakery from Ulsan City, South Korea.
Indulge in the fluffiest Korean Salt Bread. But that’s not all. You’ll also get to try the popular picks from the bakery, including the Mango Cake, Peach Cake — both topped with a heap of fresh fruits — their pillowy Snowflake Cream Bread, and Korean-style Foam Latte drinks.
This space used to be the pop-up for Bakery 1946, a Korean cafe famous for their fruit and vegetable-shaped breads.
