Its astringency may not suit everyone’s palate. Instead, their Matcha Latte or Hojicha Latte ($6.8) ends on a sweeter note, while providing a robust, albeit relatively less refined, flavour.

BHC Chicken’s menu starts from $28.9 for 14 pieces, which is more than enough to be shared between two people, keeping the total bill of the meal under $20. In addition to the classic fried chicken, BHC Chicken standout items are the Chi-Pongdang ($31.8) and Hot Bburinkle ($31.9), both utilising their in-house shrimp and garlic, and vegetable and cheese seasoning respectively.

Kanshoku Ramen Bar is the pioneer of truffle ramen in Singapore.
