Coach is set to elevate its experiential retail journey in Singapore with the debut of Coach Bar, opening on 28 May 2025.
This marks the brand’s first-ever concept bar, nestled within the vibrant Coach Play Singapore Shophouse at 5 Keong Saik Road.
Infused with the essence of New York City, Coach Bar promises an evening of light bites and spirited delights, offering patrons a unique blend of fashion and lifestyle experiences.
$12 customisable martinis at Coach Bar

Aside from the large collection of cassette tapes, Coach Bar’s biggest feat has to be their $12 martinis, also known as the Proper Martini Service.
But it’s not just the price that’s crazy. It’s the service.
The bartender would bring a tray of martini glasses and a selection of accoutrements. You can customise it however you like, dirty or clean. Aside from the standard olives and lemons, you can also opt for blue cheese stuffed olives, frozen grapes, and their special frozen Coach C olive.
Our personal recommendations at Coach Bar
Of course, you have to get the $12 martini.
But let’s be real. One drink is nowhere near enough.

We’d recommend the Grey Goose Espresso Martini ($25). The touch of whipped smoked white chocolate foam, sprinkled in with a touch of sea salt, really elevated the entire drink. No doubt, one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had in Singapore.

The Waldorf Highball ($20) is a great, refreshing drink to start your night.
Meanwhile, for a drink to startle your senses, the Spicy Margarita Royale ($27) is the one for you. The menu doesn’t fully reveal what’s in the drink, so no spoilers from us as well!
What about the food?
Almost everything we got were good, including the Fried Olives ($12), Grilled Cheese Sandwich ($23). But here are the two food items that stood above the rest.

The Pastrami Poppers ($16) were literally a flavour grenade. There was so much going on, that you couldn’t really dissect it. Essentially. it’s a pastrami-filled arancini that’s packed with more cheese and everyday bagel seasoning. The bed of sauerkraut it lies on adds that touch of tartness that brought it to the next level.
Now, $30 for a hotdog might seem absurd, but hear me out.

Coach Bar’s $30 Silver Service Hot Dog features a juicy, crunchy wagyu beef hotdog, which is specially-made for them. The beefiness and fattiness goes so well with the house-made sauerkraut and the generous topping of mustard.
Really, the G.O.A.T of hotdogs.
