If you’re looking for a home-away-from-home in Singapore, Quincy House is definitely worth checking out.
Not to be confused with the Quincy Hotel at Orchard, Quincy House is a fresh, modern lifestyle residence at Holland Village.
From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that they’ve thought of everything to make your stay not just comfortable but enjoyable.
Here’s our experience.
Our honest review of Quincy House at Holland Village
One of the best things about Quincy House is its variety of living options. With 255 stylish units, ranging from Deluxe Rooms to One- and Two-Bedroom apartments, there’s something for everyone. And yes, it’s pet-friendly too! So, if you have a furry friend like I do, this place is ideal.

Here are some of the highlights that made my stay memorable:
The Living Room
This cosy spot in the lobby was one of my favourite places to unwind. Whether you want to sip on coffee while catching up on some work or relax with a book, it’s perfect.
They’ve got comfy sofas to lounge on, and ergonomic desks and chairs, equipped with plugs, in case you need a more conducive environment to catch up on work. Even though it’s the hotel lobby, I actually spent 2-3 hours a day here — all thanks to the 24-hour snack bar of course.

It’s got an automated coffee machine where you can get free-flow lattes and americanos, as well as various tea bags. Quincy House also offers various kinds of snacks such as granola, pretzels and dehydrated bananas.
It’s got everything you need to settle in and relax.
The Fitness Room
For fellow gym enthusiasts, Quincy House’s gym is a dream.

Out of all the hotels and serviced apartments in Singapore I’ve stayed in, the gym at Quincy House is one of the most spacious and well-equipped hotel gyms I’ve seen. It has a barbell rack, assisted pull-up machine, and a Smith machine — all are quite rarely found in hotel gyms.
It was also so quiet that it felt like I had my own private gym.
Thoughtful Service
In addition to the facilities and amenities at Quincy House, I also loved the little personal touches they added to the experience

Upon check-in, I was given three mini bottles of welcome drinks — fruit and vegetable juice — and I got to take a polaroid photo in The Living Room. It’s the small gestures like this that make the stay feel special and unique.
Other cool amenities:
- A self-service laundry room (complete with washers, dryers, and even board games to kill time while waiting for your laundry to finish)
- An outdoor rooftop pool with a BBQ pit area — perfect for gatherings or just lounging by the water
- A weekday grab-and-go breakfast for those busy mornings when you don’t have time to sit down for a meal

Plus, the location is fantastic! Situated right beside the lively Holland Village, you’re just steps away from great dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
