Hot Honey Cafe Latte at 6 Letter Coffee with cute latte art

Located along Tanjong Katong Road, 6 Letter Coffee serves a mean all-day brunch menu.

6 Letter Coffee is one of my favourite places for wings. The Crispy Honey Wings (S$9) had a light and crunchy batter, which impressively, retained its texture after half an hour. The seasoning eerily reminded me of McDonald’s but of course, with more complexity, possibly due to the addition of honey.

The pancakes were also beautifully cooked with an even brown surface and a fluffy texture, albeit looking a little flat. We got the Arabiki Sausages & Pancakes (S$12) which comes with two sticks of Arabiki sausages- a flavourful Japanese sausage- a sunny side up and a side of salad.

Work-friendly cafe with decent drinks

The Hot Latte (S$5) was balanced and properly extracted but lacked visible tasting notes. If you’re looking for a good cup of coffee in the area, you’d find better options at Homeground Coffee Roasters, Brawn & Brains and Micro Bakery.

I preferred their Honey Latte (S$6) instead as the sweetness of the honey compensated for the simplicity of the roast’s flavour profile.

Meanwhile, their Matcha Latte (S$6.5) faired better with intense grassy notes.

One thing to note is the intricate latte art that’s designed by their talented baristas. This reminded me of the customised latte arts at Chock Full Of Beans.

One of the best work-friendly cafes in Singapore with stable wifi and about 5 an electrical sockets. Not to mention, the food is affordable and decent for its price.

Where to park?

Although 6 Letter Coffee is located along the road, there are parallel parking spots available right outside the cafe. But if they’re fully occupied, simply drive one street down the road, past Caltex gas station, to park at the public carpark.
