Korean cafes in Singapore have come a long way from generic bingsu counters. Here’s where they actually stand now.
Over the last few years, the city has quietly accumulated a collection of cafes that would hold their own in Hongdae or Sinchon: soy sauce lattes with actual technique, baked milk cakes made fresh daily, and interiors that don’t look like a set rental.
Some are run by Koreans who moved here; some by Singaporeans who got the memo… These are the Korean cafes in Singapore worth making a trip for.
1. Visitors Cafe
Tanjong Pagar’s newest cafe feels more like Yeonnam-dong than it has any right to.
By the team behind Noci Pasta Bar, you’ll find the same cosy interior: white walls, warm wood, low sofas and enough empty space between seats to truly unwind. The all-day menu covers coffee, brunch and wine; and our top pick? Their Ricotta Honeybutter & Ice Cream Croissant ($17) and Ube Latte ($7). Outdoor seats are pet-friendly.

2. Noci Bakehouse
Suntec City‘s most popular cafe, and it’s run by the same team behind your favourite Korean eateries.
This cottagecore Korean cafe offers over 25 rotating, ranging from salt bread, bagels, madeleines, cakes, brunch menu, and even the viral butter tteok. Be prepared to queue, especially on the weekends.

3. Cafe ON:DO
The most Korean cafe in Alexandra Central is also the quietest find on this list.
The space is small and the display case is modest — chunky scones, madeleines and Jeju-inspired teas, nothing more. If you’re spoilt for choice, order the Scone Trio; the red bean butter version is the one. For drinks, the Jeju Sunset Tea ($6.5) is made with Osulloc Hibiscus and Citron Marmalade Yuzu tea from Jeju, Korea

4. Nuldam Space
Korea’s letter-writing cafe concept just made its first overseas move — and it landed at Scape.
Nuldam Space began as a small cafe in Seoul built around a “365 Wall”: you write a letter, it gets posted back to you or someone else exactly a year later.
Meanwhile, the menu is fully vegan — croffles, matcha-filled croissants, kouign-amann, and their popular Black Sesame Cream Latte. Local delivery letters cost $6.5; international is $7.5.

5. Hanco Coffee
Seoul cafe aesthetics at Scape, with no GST and no service charge.
Wooden counters, tiled walls and a drinks menu that leans hard into the playful. We’re talking about Coffee Cocktails (around $12) that rotate through flavours like mango with rice milk and genmaicha.
For food, the burnt cheesecakes cycle through pistachio and Thai tea, plus a truffle-prosciutto version that sounds questionable until you try it.
The small outdoor terrace is pet-friendly.

6. Lean & Rich Bakery
The ex-head baker of Tartine Seoul is running a small shop near the river, and most people still haven’t found it.
Hong Ui Chang’s UE Square bakery is named for its dual focus: lean doughs (sourdough, rye, olive loaves) and rich doughs built with butter and eggs. The Seed Cinnamon croissant takes its cue from Korean hotteok and is the clearest expression of where he’s come from.
Everything is made in-house and the shop tends to close when the bakes run out, which is usually before their closing time.

7. The Pound
The most low-key Korean cafe on this list has been at Sultan Plaza for years, and the roll cakes are still baked fresh by the owner every morning.
Dutch Iced Cold Brew (from $4) is brewed with cold water rather than steam — lower acidity, noticeably less bitter. The roll cakes are handmade daily in sweet potato and black sesame, among other rotating flavours. They do sell out by early afternoon, so earlier is better.

8. O’ma Spoon
Singapore’s longest-running bingsu bar has been at Somerset since 2015, so you know it has to be pretty good.
You can’t go wrong with their bingsu, in classic flavours like injeolmi and matcha. But for a heartier treat, the honey bread and waffles round out a proper dessert session.
Open until 11pm most nights, which makes it the easiest late-night Korean dessert plan in the Orchard area.

9. Cafe Kreams
The cafe that started Singapore’s Korean aesthetic moment is still the most committed version of it.
Cafe Kreams has been at Maxwell Chambers for a few years, and the ceiling-hung golden-crimson foliage still stops people at the door. The Toffee Dalgona Coffee is the signature order; but they also have cakes and brunch options.
Open till 11pm on weeknights and Saturdays — the strongest late-night cafe option in the Tanjong Pagar area.

10. 51 Tras
A skylight, an indoor tree and granite rocks as chairs. Despite the Seongsu-style aesthetics, you might find an unexpected treat on their menu. The Aburi Chee Cheong Fun ($14.5) arrives with a gooey onsen egg and spicy sauce. But, don’t worry, they do have standard bakes and desserts like the Mochi Blondie ($8).

11. Borderless Coffee Co
Borderless Coffee Co moved from Tanjong Pagar to Jalan Sultan last year, and the $4 sticky date pudding came with it.
The compact cafe has the feel of a Seoul back-lane coffee bar — stripped back and coffee-forward. Specialty brews alongside simple food; the sticky date pudding at $4 is the value anchor. Note that the original Tanjong Pagar location has closed; the current address is 133 Jalan Sultan in Heritage Collection on Victoria.
