We’d say that their brunch menu is pretty standard, but executed with a lot of intent. It’s just better. We recommend their Breakfast Burger ($20) with scrambled eggs and maple bacon, their hearty Avocado Roast ($19) topped with feta and cherry tomatoes, Beyond their food, their coffee options are also pretty solid.

2. Noci Pasta Bar
Seoul’s trendy industrial-chic aesthetic has arrived at Suntec City.
Hear me out, we know it’s pasta bar, but Noci does bakes so well. Most things are made in-house, and their bakes look as good as they taste. Granted, their “breakfast” menu is a lot leaner than other options on this list, but their Fig & Butter Toast, and Ricotta Toast are so good, they’re bound to keep you up at night.

This hidden loft-style gem offers a sophisticated, design-led brunch experience away from the usual places.
Tucked away in the Tan Boon Liat building, this cafe feels like a secret designer hideaway with its high ceilings and minimalist industrial furniture.
But aesthetics aside, their menu is designed by a Michelin Star Chef, offering elevated brunch items that’s sure to intrigue your brain. For instance, their Negitoro Kimchi Tuna Meltz.

If you’ve been to their outlets in Hong Kong, you’ll know the “Coffee n’ Chill” philosophy is legendary, and this new flagship at Guoco Midtown delivers exactly that. More importantly, their food doesn’t disappoint.

Located in a beautifully restored 130-year-old building, this spot is all about “Modern Nanyang” vibes. But more importantly, All Hands Cafe specialises in shokupan, a light, fluffy Japanese bread.
For breakfast, you must try their Signature Shokupan with Kaya Snow-Butter ($12) — a twist on our local classic. For something with more protein, you can’t go wrong with the fluffy Tamago Sando ($16)!
But the best part about breakfast here, is that you can actually DIY your own shokupan toast with a myriad of toppings.

15. Marymount Bakehouse
This bakery at Farrer Park takes their dough very seriously, with perfect sourdoughs, shokupan, croissants, foccacia, and even flatbreads.

This cosy Everton Park hideaway is a dedicated matcha bar serving freshly whisked ceremonial tea and artisanal bakes.
The atmosphere feels like hanging out at a friend’s house, complete with plush sofas and a zen-like calm that’s hard to find in the city.
Purists might be tempted to go for the Umonji blend Matcha Latte ($8.9), but Rituals of Kora is one of the rare places that serves really solid speciality matcha drinks. Hence, we recommend giving these a shot: Taro Matcha ($11.9), Maple Earl Grey Matcha ($11.9), and Supernova Matcha ($9.5).
